   We strive to provide seasoned data processing professionals that bring depth, maturity, and a strong work ethic to the client organization. Our goal has never been to become one of the large impersonal consulting firms (i.e. a “body shop”), but rather to develop long-term working relationships with a limited number of select clients. We specialize in providing highly qualified consultants that continue to provide value over multiple projects at a given client site. A number of our consultants have been retained at the same client site for 3, 4, even 5+ years. There are some significant benefits to the client for such long term relationships:

Lower rates – due to the nature of the long-term relationship, we are able to maintain low overhead, resulting in below-average rates for the client.


Senior level consultants – again as a result of long-term contracts and lower overhead, we are able to provide senior level people at rates comparable to competitors’ junior or intermediate levels.


Stability in the work-force – by interspersing one or more long-term consultants across the client organization, an added level of stability can be achieved, assisting the client in weathering staff changes due to turnover, transfers, promotions, reorganizations, etc…


Knowledge transfer – as a consequence of longevity in a given area, our consultants typically become the “go to” people in these particular areas, and serve as a source of both technical and application knowledge to client personnel.


Mentoring – due to the experience and maturity level of senior consultants, they are capable of mentoring and serving as role models to less experienced client personnel.


Functional flexibility – our consultants are comfortable functioning in a variety of roles throughout the system life cycle. They are able to “change hats” as resource requirements change over time, thus providing client management ultimate flexibility in staffing options.
